Health Services Administrator - NHA

Responsible for guiding and directing LHHS operations and serve as the licensed Nursing Home Administrator for skilled nursing care. Primary duties include overall direction/supervision of operations of the skilled care and rehab programs. The position will evaluate, study and develop programs that anticipate and address the changing needs of our customers. Requirements: Degree in HS, LA or related BA Field; Masters degree preferred but not required; 10+ years related experience, NHA license, and excellent written and oral communication skills.

 
Dietary Aid
Part Time Weekends
Ensure the serving and delivery of nutritional meals in a sanitary and safe manner to residents. Assisting residents in nutritional intake. Provide physical assistance in transportation of residents to dining areas.  Maintain a sanitary and safe environment within the Dining Services Department in accordance to State and Federal regulations.
 
 
RN Nurse Manager- Full Time
Acts as a floor manager, coordinates resident care, communicates between departments, families and outside agencies to include: Plans, organizes, directs, and evaluates nursing care of all shifts. Defines, interprets, and evaluates nursing practices. Assists with developing policies and procedures, assist with distributing  information to staff members of changes or additions in policies or procedure. Evaluates routines, activities and personnel on all shifts. Coordinates comprehensive assessments, coordinate MDS completion, residents staffing, annual and  quarterly care plans.
  

CNA
Assists in the personal care of residents and performs related work as requested or assigned on the nursing unit.
