MDS CoordinatorLHHS is searching for a Registered Nurse, responsible to plan and organize the MDS/RAI process. This position assures compliance with all State and Federal MDS transmission requirements. The MDS Coordinator is responsible for collaborating with Clinical and Administrative staff regarding issues relative to the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process. The MDS Coordinator will be part of the Nurse Management Team. Normal M - F schedule, with rotating on-call responsibilities. Staff EducatorAssists in coordinating new employee orientation, ongoing education/in-services, learning modules, Quality Assurance, and Employee Health & Wellness.
