The Fond du Lac Lutheran Home is best known for its expertise in short-term rehabilitation. Our Post Acute Center is renowned as the "place to be" for those who have suffered a short-term physical setback such as a joint replacement, fracture or stroke. Our dedicated and knowledgeable team has touched the lives of many people through this program and is excited to help people "get back on their feet" again.

We are proud of our 73% return to home rate for 2008 to date. Countless individuals have successfully returned home following a short-term stay with us, and several have become repeat customers as well.
