LaVerne Breister Brauer is a long time resident of Fond du Lac. As a former performer at the Heidel House in Green Lake, LaVerne was known throughout the surrounding area. After having hip replacement surgery, LaVerne came to the Post-Acute Center for rehabilitation. She was thrilled with the wonderful, caring staff that made her recovery easier than she expected. The team of dedicated therapists and nurses provided LaVerne with the expertise to get her back on her feet and walking again. As LaVerne sang, "I'm walking. Yes indeed. I'm talking about you and me."
