Care Companion is a video telephone that is connected through a standard telephone line to a nurse who can see and talk to you while taking your vital health measurements. With the simple touch of a button, our nurse will monitor your blood pressure, blood sugar, weight, blood oxygen, and other vital statistics. Our program also offers a “Family Connection” package. Now family members living far away can have the opportunity to talk and see their loved one during phone visits. Think of the peace of mind you and your family will have with Care Companion.
